Overview
The InHouse Mortgage installation software enables you to access your company database.

Instructions
Step 1

Click the Download link to begin the IHM software installation process. A disclosure page will appear, please read and accept the terms to begin the installation process.
Step 2
A “File Download” dialog will appear. Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the file to your computer.
Step 3

To easily find the installation download, we suggest saving the file to your desktop.

  • Save the file to the Desktop by clicking on the ‘Save in:’ drop down menu arrow at the top of the “Save As” dialog box
  • Select ‘Desktop’ from the menu.
  • Click ‘Save’

The download may take a few minutes depending on your Internet connection speed.
Step 4
When the download is complete, close the dialog box. Minimize all open windows so that the desktop is visible.
Step 5

Double click on the new IHTCLOAD icon on the desktop. The “Connect to IHM Server” dialog box is displayed highlighting the IP address.

  • The IP address field identifies the server where your company database is stored.
  • To connect to the server, clear the default IP address and enter the IP address supplied by your administrator. Click “OK”.

InHouse Mortgage software will continue the installation process by downloading the necessary files. The processing time varies depending on the speed of your Internet connection
Step 6

Enter the user name and password provided for you by your system administrator in the InHouse Mortgage Log In screen. Congratulations! You have successfully installed the IHM client and now have access to your company database.
